"We have been dealing with Edinburgh Roofing Services for a number of years now and we are very happy with the level of service provided by them. As a 'hands-on' company we are well versed in all construction aspects and this is something that is apparent with Edinburgh Roofing as well - in particular with Mr Steven Jardine that we tend to deal with most frequently. 

We meet the company on site for each contract that we ask them to tender for and we then discuss then specification for the works required. As with your company, we have to be very strict with Health and safety as we continually have members of the public on site and we find that Edinburgh Roofing are very strict and always adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines, especially when using mobile access equipment and scaffolding access equipment.

Upon every tender that we receive from Edinburgh Roofing, we also receive a very professional pack containing; Risk Assessments, Method Statements, relevant insurance documentation and all other relevant documentation that may apply to the work being tendered for. We feel that they always comply with site rules and they are not a company that we have to supervise any more due to their ability to follow rules and regulations. Whenever they carry out work for us we always ask that they notify us of any potential areas that may require attention, something that they constantly do and have saved us large amounts of money on additional access costs as we have had the work carried out at the same time. 

If we ever have any issues with completed works then the contracts manager meets us on site immediately and we discuss issues which, are then rectified immediately, although I must admit that we rarely have them re-visit a completed contract."

8th November 2017 - Mr & Mrs Bainbridge - Edinburgh

"The damage caused to our roof by the recent deluge of heavy snow and ice was extensive. All the guttering had either collapsed or was in the process of collapsing and a lot of the tiles were broken or had fallen off completely. Edinburgh Roofing Services who were dealing with one of our neighbour's roof opposite came across to give us advice and an estimate as to how much it would cost to repair and replace all the broken tiles, guttering and downpipes etc.

We thought the price they quoted was reasonable and as they could start the work straight away, we gave them the go ahead pretty much on the spot. The work was carried out the very next day and completed to a very high standard. It's hard to believe that there was any damage at all now because everything was put back to normal within a matter of days thanks to Edinburgh Roofing Services."
