Edinburgh Roofing Services offer an inspection and maintenance program which is a valuable program we offer clients to extend the life of their current roof system.
Most roof systems require maintenance to meet the anticipated service life, much of the time, the building owner is not made aware of this requirement at the time of installation.
Maintenance
Program
With Edinburgh Roofing Service’s maintenance program, we will inspect your roof thoroughly.
We document potential problem areas, and suggest immediate remedies and solutions to extend the service life of your roof.
We will provide you with an estimated time frame of when you will need to replace the roof.
Edinburgh Roofing Service follow up with inspections every three to six months to monitor any changes or new concerns until the expiration of the maintenance contract. For further information and advice please contact us.
